If your company has a fleet of vehicles and would like to be added to our list of companies for fleet tracking, it is a pretty basic set up and service.

 

Our services will report your vehicles and send the reports to your designated offices.  As a member, your company vehicles will not be part of the reports available to other members.  Once you become a member, you can request your unique coverage.  24/7 operations are possible.   Company vehicles are tracked and reports on all aspects of the observations are submitted.   Vehicle number, license number, location, date, time, what was observed, seat belt, cell phone, and any other information.

Company vehicle out of the area?   We can report that.

Company driver not wearing a seat belt or on the phone?   We can report that.

Company driver using the vehicle outside of duty hours?  We can report that.

Unsafe driving habits / practices - unsecured load - unsafe or broken lights etc.

We also report if the observation was SAFE as well.

With fleet tracking services, random, unknown to the drivers, and specialized, many insurance companies will provide a discount!  Consult with your insurance provider on that.

You can also request to provide reports on certain vehicles / drivers!   Providing those details and we can provide observations.

Under 25 vehicles - $300/yr - unlimited reports

** No observations will be recorded to the Member page, or available in the search engine - reports are sent directly to your office.

Sign up is easy (on purpose) to encourage usage - we want to be part of the reason the roads are safer.

** All observations are unknown to the driver.  Report vehicles are unknown to observed, unmarked, and no advance routing is available.   This aspect is why the observations are so powerful - anonymous !!

**  Observations are made on the move - Our drivers are driving on the roads, not stopped waiting for your trucks to go by.  We are out there, in traffic, watching (often more than once) - to see what drivers are doing when they think no one is watching -
